July 13, 2009 We have updated the Legislation from the 111th Congressional Session. The 110th session is still available, feel free to vote on those bills as well. We have a number of new features: You can now join Groups of Legislative Action Organizations to support Legislation nationally. If you gather a quorum of constituents in your own district your letter to congress can elevate the Bill to your district.
Be sure to put your comments on Bills that are important to you.
Click the email button and invite your friends and neighbors to support your campaign.
January 22, 2009 We have received numerous requests to leave the Legislation Petitions for the 110 Congressional session OPEN for two more months, so Grassroots organizations can reach out to more people with their Legislative Actions.
We have agreed to do just that.
Within the next few months, All 110th Congressional Session Legislation Petitions will be frozen and published with access available to all, without logging into the site.
We will Load Legislation for the 111th congressional session in Batches.

Welcome to My-Representative.org!
This site is dedicated to American Voters. Our goal is to bring Voters closer to their Members of Congress and the Legislative initiatives each representative is working on.
We bring new information to the Voters and gather their voices. Our expectation is that the gathering of constituent's wishes will empower them to participate more directly in the Legislative process.
This site is designed to allow American Voters to review a top ten list of Federal Legislation sponsored in congress AND for each provide their individual wishes for that Bill to become the Law.
This process should help to answer, for the first time for many Voters:
1. Does My Member of Congress Represent my Wishes?
2. Does My Member of Congress Represent my fellow constituents Wishes?

This web site is designed to inspire Voters to collaborate on Federal legislation and participate in which Bills become Law. Historically, constituents have held an ancillary role the Legislative process. Constituents can call or write to their congress member, very often receiving a polite form letter commenting on the general topic of their inquiry. Constituents have actually drafted legislation they would like to propose, and forwarded the idea's to their Member of Congress. Traditionally, Voters have used several common methods of selecting their Representatives every two years that has not included the Legislative efforts. Our goal at My-Representative.org is to provide a relevant reference to the Legislative efforts for each voter to use in their decision process on the way to the polls.
With no further a due, please enter this site, register, review your Congress Members Legislative efforts, and mark your approval on the items that you support. When you have finished with your input, we have a comparison report of your wishes side-by-side with your Representative's work. Additionally, we consolidate the wishes of voters in your Congressional District, also to be compared with your vote and your Representative's work.
We hope you find this site useful and informative. We are still developing additional features. We invite everyone to forward enhancement and improvement ideas to us. {Just like wikipedia, this site is improved by users who contribute their knowledge.} We also invite everyone to send us donations to support this site, to keep it running and to support more enhancements.
Please do spread the word to your friends and family, and offer them the opportunity to participate in this Legislative Review.
Best regards,
My-Representative.org Staff
