This Bill is to create new Corporate Subsidies and Entitlement programs. Biomass is a profitable business. Corporate welfare will pursue uneconomical ventures like digging up our National Forests and trucking the biomass 2,000 miles away. It only makes sense when the Tax Payers subsidize the venture.
