Amendment reimburses airports for eligible costs incurred that were previously reimbursed at 90% of such costs. The Secretary would reimburse such airports an amount equal to the difference for such eligible costs.

AMENDMENT PURPOSE: An amendment numbered 6 printed in House Report 111-127 to reimburse airports for eligible costs incurred before August 3, 2007, that were previously reimbursed at 90% of such costs.
