AMENDMENT DESCRIPTION:
Amendment requires the Secretary of Defense to conduct a study on the feasibility of developing a joint soldier tracking system for recovering service members.

AMENDMENT PURPOSE:
An amendment numbered 11 printed in House Report 110-78 to direct the Secretary of Defense to submit to Congress a report on the feasibility of a Soldier Patient Tracking System so any patient can be located in the medical holdover (MHO) process.
