AMENDMENT DESCRIPTION:
Amendment requires the State or agency that administers the Head Start program to describe the type of assessment used to determine the rate of progress made by students with limited English proficiency.

AMENDMENT PURPOSE:
An amendment numbered 10 printed in House Report 110-116 to require the states or agencies that administer the Head Start program to describe the type of assessment used to determine the rate of progress made by students with Limited English Proficiency.
