Energy Independent America

Our Goal is to create an Energy Independent America. President Bush, an oil industry baron, told us "America is Addicted to Foreign Oil"

The Goal of ever citizen should be to move towards energy independence. We should strive to use less foreign oil with every purchase we make!

Our Federal Policy makers do exactly the opposite, they spend Billions of our tax dollars to keep us addicted to oil. Half of our trade deficit goes toward buying oil from abroad, and some of that money ends up in the hands of terrorists.

The imported oil goes to Transportation. Weaning us off the OPEC oil is simple move to allow Auto Manufacture's to sell their Hydrogen Fuel Cell Vehicles. http://holdcongressaccountable.blogspot.com/2010/02/jay-leno-chevy-volt-hydrogen-fuel-cell.html

YOU WILL NOTE THAT MOST LEGISLATION IN CONGRESS IS GARBAGE, CORPORATE SUBSIDIES AND ENTITLEMENT PROGRAMS. Only the citizens can change this.
